NCW have worked with Cornish Coasteering for a number of seasons now. Every year they load up on neoprene including our 2mm neoprene shorts. For 2021, just for Cornish Coasteering, we have custom built them with colour coding by size for easy outfitting and reinforced the backside with Duratex to help improve longevity and prevent wear and tear to their fleet of wetsuits.
Coasteering, for those who aren’t aware, involves scrambling along, up and over some quite abrasive rock formations before hurling yourself into the drink. Then it’s a case of repeat, repeat, repeat. You can imagine just how much abuse wetsuits get with this kind of activity. Therefore anything that helps prevent nicking, scuffing and holing is welcome.
