The 30L roll top waterproof rucksack, however, was recently passed across to the crew at Foilshop UK (NCW’s partner brand) to be put through its paces. Here’s what they thought…
Foilshop UK is certainly focused on providing some of the best hydrofoiling gear available. But. We do appreciate there’s a whole raft of peripheral goods (foiling accessories if you will) that enhance the experience. Bags is one of these areas.
You need bags to carry your foil, your board, your wing/sail/paddle, your foiling bits and bobs (such as bolts and tools and, of course, wetsuits. A waterproof bag therefore is essential – even a couple if truth be told. You’ll be able to keep your wet gear separate with one or dry things dry. Yet it doesn’t stop there…
Plenty of other applications exist for a product like NCW’s 30L roll top waterproof backpack. Due to its versatility, you can use a bag like this for all manner of things. We’ve had it on our back during day trips out. Yes, to the beach for sandcastle building (it makes a nice hold all for buckets, spades and picnic blankets), picnics themselves as there’s loads of room inside to store food and drink and also away from the water and sand just lugging coats and jumpers about during rambles in the countryside. In fact, walks and bimbles along hedgerows are great for the 30L roll top rucksack. The waist and chest straps help ease the load on shoulders whilst the straps themselves are padded and comfy.
We’ve talked about the ample room inside the main compartment but there’s also a decent front pocket which can take a fair amount plus two zipped side pouches for things like flasks (or whatever else you can think of storing).
30L waterproof Dry Bag Roll Top Rucksack
