Being a team rider, for any brand, requires a certain ‘work’ ethic. That’s not to say being endorsed should end up being a job. (Although for some it is, at the pro end of watersports at least).
At NCW, we ask our team riders to wear the North Coast Wetsuits logo with pride and spread the word. We also get the extended NCW family to test new products, provide feedback on how these can potentially be improved and get a handle on what works (and what doesn’t) in practical watersports situations.
Our riders are a diverse bunch who practice and participate in a broad range of watery activities. This ensures all NCW’s products are tested to the max across multiple scenarios. For the consumer, this should instill confidence in our products – whatever your chosen discipline – that they’ll work well whatever your ‘sport’ of choice.
Surfing, stand up paddle boarding, kneeboarding, windsurfing, wild swimming, foiling, kiting, kayaking and even some land based activities; all NCW’s team riders get the job done in these (and more) outdoor active areas. And we couldn’t be prouder.
We will add NCW doesn’t take on new team riders willy nilly. Each individual has to be able to offer some ‘value’ in return. After all, promotion and marketing are what’s the game’s all about.
