You may be aware that NCW now sells Tahe Techno windsurfing boards. Sure, mum and dad can hop on for spin but it’s nice to see a brand serving up gear your offspring can use properly.
With school summer holidays still in full swing it’s sometimes tricky finding activities to keep your wee ones entertained. Watersports mightn’t be for every child but if yours are keen then frolicking in the sea, at the lake, or in (safe) rivers is one way to haul them away from screen time.

And what results – oh to have had a youth like this!
Just check out the following pics featuring Tom Pringuer windfoiling and taking his first forays into the world of winging on the same board. And then there’re the two younger ones making great strides into the world of windsurfing (seven years and four respectively).
As we say the usability and easy nature of this windsurf equipment makes it applicable to young kids learning and progressing across all windy disciplines.

NCW kids winter suits are 5mm throughout the wetsuit where as many winter wetsuits are a mix of 5 and 3mm. As a result, this means ours winter wetsuit is often found to be much warmer but they still have plenty of flex because they are made from super stretch neoprene throughout the wetsuit. The special blend of neoprene we use in our kids winter wetsuit is a very soft and comfortable super stretch which we find kids are really happy to wear and gives a warm snug fit.
Features included in our kids winter wetsuits:
• High quality “Comfort Super Stretch” neoprene for a snug and comfortable fit.
• Extra warm 5mm throughout the suit, not just the core panels.
• All seams glued and blind stitched to prevent cold water seapage.
• Finemesh chest panel which helps to prevent wind chill.
• Duratex knee pads.
• ‘Hi Vis’ neoprene on shoulders so you can see your child in the water.
• Heavy duty back zip with velcro zip stop and interior zipper inset seam to reduce water flushing.
