We know there are plenty of customers who have wetsuits requiring a bit of TLC. We also know there are customers who struggle to actually get wetsuits and accessories that fit properly. Not everyone is a standard shape or size, obviously.
NCW recently invested in a new specialist sewing machine for our resident seamstress, Becci, to accommodate anyone needing wetsuit repairs or alterations. We’re pretty sure NCW can get a proper fitting wetsuit, pair of boots, neoprene gloves or any other garment for any customer. If our standard sizings aren’t doing the job then it’s over to Becci and her superb skills to get the job done. In no time at all you’ll have a proper fitting wetsuit or wetsuit accessory.
Likewise, if you have a worn/preloved wetsuit that requires attention why not get in touch to see what we can do. NCW is a dab hand at fixing and repairing. Why chuck a wetsuit in the bin when we can breathe a new lease of life into it that’ll see plenty more uses?
From an environmental standpoint, the above is super important to us. Being able to repair and alter wetsuits means less rubber goes into landfill. We often see wetsuit products being chucked because they’re deemed no good. Often all that’s needed is an expert pair of hands to work their magic and get it fit for purpose once again.
We should also add that NCW takes in unwanted wetsuits that we then sell on as second hand. This is yet another way we’re trying to keep wetsuits in circulation and not have them clog up rubbish heaps unnecessarily.
If you require a wetsuit repair, any wetsuit alterations or have a suit you want to pass on then get in touch.
