Having North Coast Wetsuits gear in stock, on the shelf and ready to hand is the first point. We’ve heard stories of customers waiting for weeks (sometimes months) for their order. In terms of the UK film industry we’re well aware of how if something’s needed it’s needed ASAP. So it’s no good not to have products available.

When an order’s placed it’s then shipped fast. If we could deliver ourselves we would. But that’s not practical. Instead, we leverage the services of carrier services we’re confident in. And if an issue arises we find a solution efficiently and timely.

There are very few after sales situations we have to deal with. The UK film industry and general NCW customer base don’t often have issues. That said, every now and again things do go awry. Which is to be expected.

At which point North Coast Wetsuits deals with any scenario swiftly and with an outcome that suits all parties. Some retailers fail at this juncture whereas NCW doesn’t. We appreciate that resolving problems is part and parcel of the whole customer service thing so we aim to sort things as best we can.
