NCW wetsuit hire in Cornwall allows customers to rent a premium wetsuit for the duration of their stay within the Polzeath area. NCW wetsuit hire is for all watersports. So whether surfing, bodyboarding, kayaking, paddle boarding or simply messing about in the ocean we have a wetsuit hire package to suit you.

NCW wetsuit hire suits.
The NCW wetsuit hire fleet is made up of our own North Coast Wetsuits products. These are the same as new NCW wetsuits.
Manufactured with premium materials NCW wetsuits are robust, versatile and warm. Based in Cornwall, 10 minutes away from the popular surfing beach of Polzeath, we’re primed to get into some warm rubber and enjoying those lush Kernow waves. Click the link below to view our location.
Wetsuit hire and seasonality.
Hire wetsuits are all suitable for seasonality and the time of year. Depending on the period you’re visiting the water and air temperatures will be of certain levels. For instance, high summer will see the warmest water and air readings. Whilst winter will be colder. In fact, spring can often be the coldest time of year in the ocean.
But fear not! NCW wetsuits come in a variety of thicknesses and are all able to fend off the chill. Whatever the time of year you’ll be warm and toasty in an NCW hire wetsuit during your visit to Cornwall. We’ll make sure you’re fitted out with the right wetsuit for the conditions and time of year.
Wetsuit fitting.
NCW prides itself on getting our customers fitted correctly with the right wetsuit. We want to make sure you’re comfortable and protected. A badly fitting wetsuit won’t do you any favours. Whereas a properly fitting suit will extend your watery sessions.
NCW’s wetsuit hire service is tailored to the individual or group. We oversee the fitting process and personally ensure you’re hiring the correct one upon leaving The Rubber Shack.
Hire suits for kids and adults.
We can supply premium hire wetsuits for both kids and adults alike. And in all cases – especially with NCW kid’s suits – they’re proper wetsuits and not a cheaply made thinner type that do more harm than good.
NCW kid’s wetsuits are highly regarded. We sell a lot! And all because they have great performance and are designed with youngster’s best interests in mind.
Wetsuit accessory hire.
As well as wetsuits NCW is also able to hire wetsuits accessories. Wetsuit boots, gloves and hoods – as with our wetsuits themselves – are all premium performing and manufactured accessories that’ll enhance your cold water sessions in Cornwall.
Some may choose to add wetsuit accessory hire in warmer months as well. This is no problem and we can accommodate your needs whatever the time of year.
UK wide wetsuit hire.
If you’re based elsewhere in the UK you can also hire an NCW wetsuit. Simply pay the postage both ways and we’ll get a premium NCW wetsuit shipped out to you for your chosen duration.

Hire wetsuit care.
If you hire a wetsuit and/or wetsuit accessories from NCW we expect you to take care and look after these items. Upon returning all NCW hire kit should be in a clean and reusable fashion without damage.
We recommend rinsing with fresh water after every use and hanging to dry in a ventilated area. Please do not fold or crease your wetsuit. This will damage it. Any damage incurred upon returning the suit will be charged at NCW’s standard repair rate starting at £30 per hour.
NCW wetsuit and accessories hire prices.
- £50 for 5 days per suit – adults.
- £35 for 5 days – kids.
- £10 per day – adults.
- £7 per day – kids.
Hooded wetsuits are also available charged £5 extra per day.
Longer periods are available.
If you choose to purchase your wetsuit at the end of the hire period NCW will discount the hire fee from the final price.
- Boots / hood / gloves – £5 per day or £20 each per week.
- All three items hired together – £12.50 a day or £40 per week.
NCW hire terms and conditions.
- NCW wetsuit and accessory hire is charged as per the above.
- Hire periods outside of this are by prior arrangement only.
- NCW hire equipment is the responsibility of the individual.
- Damage incurred is chargeable as per NCW’s standard repair rates of £30 per hour.
- Collection and return of all NCW wetsuit hire equipment is down to the individual. Failure to return goods on time will result in additional charges.
- Customer credit/debit card details are taken as insurance at the point of collection.
- North Coast Wetsuits is not liable for any accident compensation whilst using hire equipment.
